Chair Yoga is an ideal class for anyone who would like to come to a gentle exercise class to improve their strength, flexibility, stamina, co-ordination and balance.
We welcome people of all ages in our classes.
The class is perfect for those who are convalescing or have mobility problems, or just want to take it easy. A variety of breathing, relaxation and meditation techniques will be covered, many of which can be used to deal with the ups and downs of daily life.
Please wear comfortable clothing to class.
This class is a Zoom class. Initially was set up as a request from Bec’s clients during the Lockdown April 2020. The class is in full strength and meets on the enthral space of Zoom every Wednesday at 12.00pm.
Coming up soon will be a new 6 week Gentle Years Zoom class. In January 2023, date to be confirmed … for 70 minutes of tuition, 15 minutes of chat and tea afterwards. This is a new initiative in conjunction with York University.
